I went to a cookout last night and was basically able to eat nothing! I felt like everyone was looking at me and thinking, "Why isn't that skinny girl eating?!" That creates even more stress. Oh, well. I'm trying really hard to ignore that part of it. I've pretty much explained the sit. to my inlaws so when we all get together, they know. That has helped ease my mind a bit. I did find out that the Rice Dream products also come in a frozen bar form. I'm hoping that will be an addition I can eat with more calories. I have been eating pasta this week and plain Ital bread with a bit of olive oil. I definitely should try the smoothies. I guess I've been a bit chicken b/c I tend to associate fruit with fiber and D. However, if I'm not getting enough fiber, then I go three or four days w/out going to the bathroom, and the cycle starts all over again. Is that pretty typical? You have been unbelievably helpful. Please keep writing. I need all of the support I can get right now. I won't even get on the scales at this point. It's too depressing. My mom and I went shopping yesterday just so I could have some summery capris that fit. Everything from last summer falls off of me. I have to shop in the junior dept. (of course I only have ever weighed 110 max in my life anyway), but losing that 10 hurt a lot. Any suggestions you can keep coming my way are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! Thanks again for caring.
