IBS-Cs - what am I doing wrong!       06/17/04 12:13 PM Edit Reply Quote valentine Reged: 06/10/04 Posts: 17 I have been on Heather's diet for a couple of weeks and I am really constipated. (have been all my life so no big suprise there). I just feel that eating the sourdough bread at the beginning of a meal may not be working for me. I do eat veggies but I really miss the fruit (slightly tired of apple sauce). Yesterday, I broke down and just ate a fruit salad for lunch followed by a small glass of prune juice. It cleared up the problem but after the bm I just felt kind of nausious and could only eat bland foods since. Also seem to have developed indigestion ( that is new ). Maybe I should eat brown bread instead of the sourdough. I am taking citrucel and drinking loads of water and peppermint tea. Could some IBS-Cs give me some help, maybe a sample diet or even how much carbs they eat with each meal. Thanks. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
