Same thing happen I was just miserable. So I have given up on Fiber period. I've even been test for allergies in the fiber's ingred. Anyway. You ask about Librax. It has saved my life . I'm lucky to have a super Internal med. Dr. Librax is a gut tranquilizer. You take it 30 to 60 mins before meals & at bedtime.It slow down the digestive system. I can take it up to 4 times a day but I try to only take it 3 times. It works for me. The off brand its about $8.00 for 120 pills. I have the idea if you feel worst after you take something then before ,I don't take it or eat it! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
