During my last "flare-up" (which by the way was two months ago - YEAH!!) I didn't take any pain medication because I ran out and I was VERY fatigued during and after. I felt like I could sleep for days. You sound like you have much worse pain than I have, so I wouldn't doubt alot of your fatigue stems from the pain itself rather than the drug, but I've never heard of the medication you mentioned so I could be way off base.
