For the past few days I have had a burning sensation in my stomach, but it didn't feel the same as heartburn because it was in my stomach. Then last night it got really bad! I got the burning sensation, pain in my upper back and chest and nausea. I had to take one of my compazine pills to take away the nausea. Usually these make me feel better and I fall asleep, but last night it only helped a little. I don't know why this happened I haven't eaten anything different. I did want to check with you guys to see if this sounds like an IBS attack. I was under the impression that IBS attacks are usually pain in the lower abdomen. I rarely have pain and never have any problems in the lower abdomen. Is this IBS??
