White Meats (Poultry and Seafood)

I have a question about poultry and seafood.

I have been eating chicken breasts that are boneless and skinless like they are out of style. I would love to have some variation in what I can eat.

What type of turkey meat should I get? I get the Tysons boneless, skinless chicken breasts and they don't bother my stomach.

Any advice would help! Thanks for your support!
