Here's some of the meals that I eat

DRINKS
-Kool aid (not artificial sweeteners)
-pure cranbery juice (very strong and not sweetened) I buy a lime juice in the frozen can and make it and strain the pulp and add about 1/3 of the cranberry juice
-Traditional Medicinal teas like eater's digest, chamomile, etc.
-water I wasn't big on it but got a water cooler and drink a lot know especially if I have an attack I find it slows the bowel down.
-fruit/soy milk blends
-I don't really drink alchohol though you can have a small amount after a meal
-homemade ice tea

BREAKFAST (though I don't really ever eat it or just have a snack for it)
-drink in a blender soy milk, papaya, stevia if I need it sweetened or desset tofu it adds a sweet taste and some protien, peach and some other stuff if I feel like throwing it in.
-oatmeal (though i'm not really good with it anymore cause I did an OD on it)
-cereal like rice crispies with soy milk or rice milk
-plain sourdough toast

Snacks OR Lunch
-homemade rice crispy squares
-superstore rice cakes
-Save-on rice crackers BBQ flavour (they are in a red bag)
-occasionaly a small amount of chocolate (there is chocolate covered soy nuts)
-soy nuts (I don't like them)
-sourdough bun with deli turkey or chicken (they do have low or no fat) little bit of lettuce, tomato, and some honey mustard sauce yummy! You can buy it at Timmy's that way too!
- pizza (anyplace that doesn't use alot of greasy stuff) I like pineapple, tomato sauce, mushrooms, green peppers.
-terry chicken burgers from anywhere if they put on mayo make sure it's low fat on a white bun
-Tofu, chicken , veggie hot dogs. I cut them in half and grill them on the Foreman Grill or boil. (sometimes i'm bad and put some sauted onions on though I take beano first)
-arrowroot baby cookies
-magos
-papaya
-bananas (though they can cause gas and sometimes constipates)
-white pastas with tomato sauce and if you want meat you can add something like St. Yvves fake textured veggie stuff. (It does taste good).
-twizzlers
-gummi worms
-baby carrots (skins taken off prewashed. Sometimes i'm lazy).
-apple with a little bit of skin
-St. Yvess ham (fake stuff) in a sourdough sandwhich with mustard it's not to bad and does give you an energy boost.
-freezies
-Subway I can handle it so I have the tuna without the cheese and no added mayo then a little lettuce and the veggies I like in small amounts on the white bread. Sometimes the seafood and crab or the roast chicken.

Dinner (herbs help for a variety and make you feel less deprived)
-Salmon fillet made many different ways e.g. lemon juice & dill, or BBQ sauce, etc.
-I bought a greek shaker sauce (Cavender's) ...I LOVE GREEK FOOD
-white rice in the rice maker with pam sprayed around it, and flavouring like my greek spice, or I have a powdered chicken broth base. It tastes great with it though not the liquid one I found.
-Chicken made millions of ways e.g. greek sauce, lemon, dill, seasoning salt, pultry spice.
-peeled grated zuchini with Ms. Dash, pam spray, seasoning salt, yes and I even put in the greek flavour.
-baked potato that is cleaned wraped in siran wrap holes poked in it and nuked for around 7 mins thoug I do stop half way and flip though I don't know if it makes a difference. Then if i'm bad a bit of Earth Balance marg, salt, pepper, Ms. Dash.
-Garlic sourdough bread sometimes with tiny bit of earth balance of a spray of pam (olive oil one) and garlic powder and sometimes garlic salt.
-a couple of shrimp sauted with my meal
-stir fry (usually honey garlic) veggies like carrots, and small amounts of insoluable veggies with beano first on a bed of white rice.
-tuna steak Saveon sometimes sell them frozen so they are cheaper. I use French's Meat Marinade sold in a packet and marinade it and cook it on the BBQ, Foreman grill or something like that and pretend that it's steak.
-Chicken soulvaki (ordered out) with very light oil or none, white rice, I check how they make the potatoes first before I order, pita bread
-Naan garlic flavour (it's like pita bread) I cut it in 4 and lightly toast
-I peel and cut potatoes and soak them in vinager and some water for awhile and them put lemon juicie on them and shake them in a plastic bag with my powder chicken broth. bake and them brown on a higher temp for awhile. Trying to make greek flavoured.
-French fries cut the potato and peel most of the skin off put it in a bag with your favourite spices like seasoning salt, Ms. Dash, or rosemary or anything that you think would be nice.

Desset (I am fussy about them oddly enought)
-sticky bun cut in half with a bit of marg, or some pam spray on the inside cut spots and cook it a pan until just lightly golden. (From A&W is so.... good my I got my friends hooked and I can't eat them!)
-Heather's applesauce bread though I shift the dry ingredients and then have a pan in the bottom of the oven with water. It makes it tast more like cake. I don't put in raisins.
-oatmeal cookies
-angel food cake with apple sauce on top or straberries(though we are not friends again OD)
-Unsweetened apple sauce with cinnamon sprinkled on it and cover and nuked for about2-3 minutes it looks like you killed it and it's kinda over baked with holes in the middle but some how it makes it taste like a very bad for you dessert.
-cut, peeled, cored apples with a bit of marg or pam spray with brown sugar sprinkled or a bit more, and cinnamon heated in the microwave until soft.
-Bad but sometimes I find a cake mix usually chocolate (weakness and archnemisis) and make sure that it does not say that it contains dairy or may contain dairy on it. I follow the directions and use apple sauce for the amount of oil and maybe if you want a teaspoon olive oil, and egg whites instead of whole eggs and sometimes I throw in some dessert tofu (I pretend that i'm being really healthy. I make cupcakes so i'm not tempted to eat to many. I ice with icing sugar, vanilla, vanilla soy milk, tiny bit of marg, and some cocoa powder until it's right.
-Antidepressant brownies with a cup of marshmellow's in them and 10-15 mins of baking spread the marshmellows. It makes them chewy.
-So Good (ice cream) I like the butterscotch swirl and the chocolate tastes like fudgesicles!!!

WHEN I COOK IN THE OVEN
I always try to have a glass pan of water in it because it steams what ever you are making and makes it more moist (not french fries though). If i'm cooking meat or fish I have the bottom pan from my toaster oven and I put some water in it and then put the meat on the cooling rack that fits inside of it for several different reasons I do this and they are they drain the fat of the meat your cooking, it steams the food for a much better flavour, and the water at the bottom makes the cleaning of the pan super easy.

RULES TO REMEMBER:
-sugar can ferment in you system and cause gas and weight gain
-banamna can contipate and cause gas (Beano!)
-with most veggies take Beano first
-stay away from anything you can't handle (some people tomatoes, onions, garlic, etc.)
-have some small amounts of solualbe fiber but not first *don't cut reduce!
