Re: Organic Food Shop       04/27/03 07:29 PM Edit Reply Quote juniorrachel Reged: 01/29/03 Posts: 140 Loc: St. Louis, MO well, i'm not sure what the store you're going to is like exactly. the one i go to is a health food store, and it has supplements as well as food. i usually pick up my soy stuff there, like tofu and soy cream cheese and stuff. they have a frozen section, too, so sometimes i get meatless cheeseless pizza. if i had more money i'd probably get my fruits and veggies there, but it's more expensive so i don't, usually. if you can get organic or free-range eggs and poultry, i think those are generally much better for you. mostly i buy anything there that i can't get at a regular grocery store. beth Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
