I was going to post the same question...I just bought a watermelon today. I cut some for my daughter...and had some. I'm doing ok....a little tummy ache...but nothing to bad. I ate this on an empty tummy and had too much. So for doing all that...I'm not doing to bad. I bet if I did it the right way after a meal and only a small bit, I would be just fine! I say give it a try. Everyone is different!!!!
