Are 2 poops more than you can tolerate? Gee, I always have at least 2, usually 3. Already I've had 4 since midnight, and I'm not sure I'm finished. 3 or 4 in a 12-hour period is just normal for me.
Aren't you glad to have it get outta ya? I sure am! I feel horrible for everyone here who's a C. Every time I go, I think about them (not the poops, the Cs --  !) Really, going regularly is a good thing.
I was going to see a nutritionist for my high cholesterol, but when I called her to make the appointment, and told her about Heather's diet that I've been sticking to for so long, she said that's really the exact diet she was going to be put me on! You just can't do better than Heather! Hey, I like that. "You Can't Do Better Than Heather!"
