I'm confused. I just bought a box of Equalactin today for tummy troubles Do you ahve to drink 8 oz. of water with it even if you have D? or is that just for C? I've been on my SFS for about a week 2 Fibercon pills 2x a day and I just bought equalactin how much should I take of that I can't seem to get my belly under control I had a BAD attack last Sat. night at work and I'm having an attack today as well. Thanks!
