Benefiber Chews Terrible       05/25/04 01:00 PM Edit Reply Quote tiredofibs Reged: 10/16/03 Posts: 25 Loc: NC Yeah, Benefiber chews stink. I love the Benefiber powder, so I thought nothing of it. The next day I had IBS again with just chewing 3 of those little nasty buggers. I gave mine to my brother who has no problems, but needs fiber. I'm going to load up on the powder or Fibercon.
