Equalactin always settles my tummy down. If I have those feelings of unsettling in my tummy, I take Equalactin. But once the D hits, it's too late for Equalactin; that's when I turn to the Lomotil or Imodium. The urgency -- for me -- has everything to do with anxiety. There's something else going on there (with me), and thankfully Michael's helping me with it. Lately, however, I think my urgency (and bloating and EXTREME gas) was solely due to too much SFS (but that's covered in another thread). How you doin', Sandy?
