OF COURSE you can ask -- ask me anything. I'm an open book!

Here's what I take: web page

I keep an emergency supply of all my meds in my purse so that when an attack hits me "on the road," I'm ready. The Equalactin works for me if I feel "rumblings," but when I have the Big D, I pull out the Lomotil or Imodium.

The Donnatal is dangerous stuff; I keep it ONLY for extreme emergencies. I'm pleased to say that I don't even remember the last time I took it. My first prescription actually expired; three years after the expiration date I still had a half bottle! I threw it out. I think this prescription is gonna expire as well. Donnatal is just my "security blanket," nothing more.

Heather used to take Donnatal but she said that her peppermint caps work better for her as an antispasmodic; if you can tolerate peppermint (I couldn't), I'd order her caps.

Good luck,
Bev
