The package of Acacia says 1T = 5 grams. Actually, it says: "Serving Size: 5g (approx. 1 tbsp)" So it's not EXACTLY 5g? It's really 4.5?

That would explain why it says 15g is "(approx. 3 ROUNDED tbsp)" (emphasis added).

Heather, it also says to use within 6 months of opening. If kept in an air-tight jar, does that still apply? What about if kept in the fridge? What about if kept FROZEN?
