Vitamin B2 Question       05/23/04 05:21 PM Edit Reply Quote till Reged: 02/11/03 Posts: 712 I was wondering if anyone knows if taking 100mg of vitamin B2 can make IBS worse? I get severe migraines which make my severe IBS worse ( to the point where I need to die) and I found out recently taking 100mg of vitamin B2 daily can reduce migraine pain.
