Hi Smiley,
Have you tried any supplements that are mostly Calcium Polycarbophil? In Canada it's Prodiem Bulk Fiber Therapy, (link: http://www.prodiem.ca/) in the US Equalactin is one brand... If you buy Prodiem, make sure to read the ingredients- they make several different kinds, some with senna, which is bad for you. Also, I think citrucel makes a version called "Clear Mix", there doesn't appear to be alot of sugar in that one. Here's a link; http://www.citrucel.com/citrucel_choices.aspx
