I take 2 fish oil pills in the morning with my multivitamin and acacia, and I don't have any problem with them even though I am a prototypical IBS picky eater. My iron-stomached husband, however, got a really nasty taste in his mouth and fishy burps when he's tried any variety of fish oil capsules. And he will eat all sorts of fatty meat and cheese with no problems at all!
Weird, huh? From this small sample, I would say that there are people who have bad reactions to fish oil capsules, but it's not necessarily an IBS thing.
