The first couple movements should be white, that's the last of the barium coming out. If this hasn't happened for you yet, and you say you have been constipated ever since, GO TO YOUR DOCTOR!! If you haven't cleared out the barium, that means it has dried up in your bowel and turned literally to cement! You MUST get that cleared out. Otherwise, if the barium has cleared out, the suggestion of lots of water and exercise and fennel tea is good advice. Best of luck! -------------------- Every cloud has a silver lining!
