Didn't know stevia wasn't safe- saw it in the health food store a while back and bought a big bottle. My BIG problem is that sugar makes me feel terrible (headache etc), I think it's an allergy, and honey makes my heart race like crazy. So I can use maple syrup, but does any one have other suggestions for sweeteners? Especially ones that won't break the bank? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
