I recently saw this and asked about it too. I thought, "Great! Now I can go back to "diet" iced tea, lemonade, etc). Well, I did a search and found that it may not be safe. Try a search. There's a lot of info on it. By the way, I'm a special ed teacher, also. I teach kids with autism. I love it! Take care, Karen
