Hi there,
You can make your own milks- rice is very easy (check out this link, for example: http://www.nomilk.com/ricemilk.txt). Almond, seed or nut milks are also easy- use 1/4 cup nuts to 1 cup water. Soak nuts overnight, run through a blender, and strain out the bits. Sweeten with vanilla and sweetener if desired. I love this milk in shakes! You can make this without soaking the nuts- it's just not as creamy. Good luck,
