Do you wanna know what I asked the GI after my endoscopy? Keep in mind I was still goofy from the drugs,I thought I had celiac, and I hadn't found Heather's diet yet. I said, "So can I eat pizza again now?" He looked at me like I was crazy and said "rice and veggies". I repeated my question: "No, I'm SERIOUS. Can I have pizza?" He just didn't answer. I went home and my friend ordered pizza for dinner. Yes, I pigged out after not eating all day. Did I make the connection when I was sick the next day?? NOOOOOOO! The lesson is: don't worry about it! We all make mistakes. Heck, I STILL make them and was just complaining to Bev the other day that I drank coffee AGAIN. Ya know, you just don't get it. So really don't be too hard on yourself. Rest up, recover, and start again. You're doing so well with your diet overall and you CAN be proud of that -------------------- --Julie Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
