They said it uses potato flakes as the rising agent, not sure how it works but the bread is delicious. You don't realize how much you love it until you can't eat it anymore. I'll look around for 'salt-rising' bread, thanks for the tip. We don't have any small bakeries around here but I'll look on the internet and maybe I can find a recipe for it. Thanks!
