But I have to tell ya, 3-7pm is my absolute worst time of the too! Some days I just have to CHILL OUT for a few hours, and that's hard to find time for. Esp. for you with the baby! It helps me to take a fiber supplement sometime between 12-2, even if it's just a few measly citrucel caps and baggie of pretzels. Have you been tested for celiac? How do you do when just eat rice? Do you notice you feel worse on days when you've eaten bread/pasta/pretzels? Did you cut out the Lactaid? Also check the ingredients on the potato bread carefully. I know how frustrating it is when you feel like you're trying so hard and still don't feel good. Hang in there!
