I know how frustrating it can be to not know what is wrong with you. I to have a lot of the same symptoms and I have lost 50lbs so far. My doctors are still not sure if what I have is IBS or not, but I decided to fallow the diet in Heather's books and now I have more good days than bad days and my weight has maintained for about a month now. Hopefully this new doctor will be helpful to you but if not keep looking. I had to go through a few doctors before I found one who took my problem seriously.
