Right now I am trying to hold back the bloating by diet, carbonated drinks are my worst enemy. I read that walking is good for bloating, I have been walking morning and evening, I dont really know if that is helping or not. I am having a difficult day today, I am so confused with everything IBS at the moment I dont know what to do. I just took 2 peppermint caps, hopefully that will help my cramping and total unconfortable feeling in my intestines. I dont know anything today Bethany, I am so sorry, I wish I could help you. I have read many of your posts and know that you suffer with this as much as I do. Red meat and fried foods are no longer in my diet and do not touch my lips, that seems to be a help also.
