But you really DO want to find out what's going on in there. If looked at that way, I think it won't be quite as scary for you. I know that it helped me. Also, after my procedure, when I woke up, I was so drugged that I barely remember passing gas, it just happened naturally and they were nearby so they heard me -- but I wasn't on the table. And, frankly, I didn't care; I was feeling GOOOOOOD. I'll cross my fingers for you too -- but something tells me it won't be necessary. You'll do fine (and you'll love those drugs!). Just don't end up hugging everyone there and kissing your GI -- like I did!
