Citrus is trouble for those of us with GERD because it's so acid. For IBS in general, it's one of those foods that we need to eat for good health but MUST be combined with soluble fiber. So a nice glass of lemonade (not too cold and made with sugar not equal) with a half a plain bagel or several pretzels would be a lovely summertime snack! Hmm, you've inspired me! It's in the 80's here today, lemonade may be just the ticket! (As long as I don't have too much -- I have GERD!!)
