Check this out: Refreshing Mojitos by the Pitcher I'm not advocating these as IBS safe, but I've made them numerous times and as long as I'm having a good spell IBS-wise and don't have too much I've never had a problem with them. They're just a type of Cuban hard lemonade, and they're sooooo tasty.
