I have found it's easier to drink plain bottled water if you aren't sure what's really in the beverage you're thinking about. Lipton tea is one I stay away from. I usually will brew my own and carry it with me in the car along with my bottled water. At least this way you'll know what's in the drink you've made. Can't stress how important it is to read the lables and think about what it might do to you. The less that's on the lable, the better you'll know what's in it.
