Well, I just recently stopped BC pills after 18 years and haven't noticed a difference in my IBS. I do think they help most girls with cramps and such. The prescription drug that was talked about before is ULTRACET, it is tylenol based but stronger and shouldn't upset your tummy. I take them a lot!
