After having my son 10 months ago I developed IBS symptoms and went on a roller coaster of trying to find the right pill. Every person is different and finding the right pill is basically a matching game. My doctor finally thought the Orto Evra patch would be better since it would not enter my digestive system at all. His concern was that if I was having diarrhea at least two or more times a week that I was not absorbing the hormones in the pills correctly. So I switched to the patch and for two months now it has been smooth sailing.
