I dropped down to 5mg form 10mg for about 3-4 days and then just stopped it dead. i konw this is a really bad way to stop and i should have weaned off slowly but i was sick of being on it and wanted off. i spent 8days in bed after my last tablet,not being able to stand with dizzness. after that subsided on the 8th and 9th day. i felt fine for a few days before all my anxietys and panic attcks have returned worse than ever before. ive stopped my job, i dont go out and pretty much stay in,worrying and beating the anxiety. my appitite is near nothing and ive started with IBS,although i think ive been a suffered mildly for a few years. but know im totally not coping and a slight gurgling of my stomach is the end of the world! im seriously considering going back on meds even if it is for controlling my stomach/bowel so i dont panic so often. x Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
