I have not tried Rocamojo. I have actually seen it at a grocery store near me but I've been afraid to spend the money on it. I've seen mixed reviews of it here on the boards. I am curious about it and I will probably break down and just buy it...I just wish I could taste it first
I follow the IBS diet to an extent. I have a hard time when I'm out or at other people's houses. I feel like I can't tell people I can't eat something they've made - I've tried to with people that I'm close to and I always feel like they're offended It's not always easy to explain IBS - a lot of people still think it's all in your head
The other thing is that I still drink coffee most mornings I know I shouldn't, but I just have not found an acceptable alternative yet. Even though I make mostly decaf, I still feel like it perks me up in the morning. I know I keep going on and on about coffee...I'll try to quit whining about it I know a lot of people miss it from what I've read on the boards. I'm actually surprised that I've ended up feeling so strongly about it!!
