Re: Test taking       02/11/03 12:46 PM Edit Reply Quote Nugget Reged: 02/10/03 Posts: 2167 Hello.... I, too, am a grad with IBS...although I wasn't diagnosed with it until only a few years ago. I remember suffering through the "nervous stomach" during school...not only in college, but from grade school on. I think what helped me in college, now that I know what I had and things that help, is that I walked everywhere in college out of necessity and that kept my "gut" healthy. Out of necessity I walked around 3-4 miles per day...I really need to do that more now. I feel much better when I walk.... Anyway....I know what you are talking about and agree with Han....just take it easy (I know it's easier said than done) and try to relax as best you can before the test. All you can do is your best.
