I was shopping at Superstore (Canada) and started to look in some different bins killing time and found a product called "kangaroo Kids" this one is "ginger plus junior" (they have several different types. Anyways this one said that it is a digestive support.
So... I looked on the back of the bottle and it said the ingredients are: peppermint leaf, fennel seed, chamomile flower, papaya leaf, ginger root and orange peel. (in a non-medical base of honey and lemon).
I couldn't believe how perfect it is for us!!!
Though it's for kids 1-2 tablets a day the pharmasist said that I could take 3-4 as an adult. You would not believe how happy I was and it doesn't contain artificial perservatives, color, flavor, sugar, salt, starch, soy, wheat, dairy or yeast.
So I figures some of you might want to know more about this product so here's some info:
