Sandy, you would SOOOOO do well with the hypnotherapy program! You should look into it.
Everything you're saying here is what the hypnosis is all about. I was completely home-ridden with anxiety, just like what you're saying. I was a total mess when I joined these boards, and Heather turned me onto the hypnosis program. I didn't think they'd do anything for me, but I was at my wits' end; I had to try anything and everything.
The program was a Godsend! Before I had finished the 100 days, I was able to get out and go places. If it wasn't for that program, I wouldn't have been able to build a new home way out in the woods like we are. Do you know, there's an outhouse in front of our property for the contractors, and as many times as hubby and I have been down there, I have never YET had to use it!?
