Stress causing Gas,and popsicle safety

On the popsicle thing, just make sure it does not have HFCS in it, and not the ones with ice cream in the middle. I know, because I had one last week, the ice cream center is a no no.
I saw my husbands boss in the beauty shop today when I was getting my gray hair washed away, and a chop. I dont know if it was because my hair was standing out to there with color on the roots and a plastic cap on when he came in. We were casually talking and all of a sudden I felt the gas coming down. I thought I was going to die, luckily, it was the silent type. I do this sometimes when I dont even feel stressed. But my body did. Just let me say, after this happened to me today, I remembered how many times it has happened in the past, just for talking to someone. And it was a nice calm visit. I dont know, go figure. I am tired of trying to figure this stuff out. thbbththththth
