Yes-I've tried them. No-they didn't work for me-but not much does except watching my diet. (sigh!). Other people have said they're wonderful. They are capsules-I believe the brand name is "Charco-caps". They are at drugstores or probably on-line at someplace like Drugstore.com (I'll have to check). Just be aware-since they act as an absorbent, they can also possibly absorb other meds you are taking, which reduces their effectiveness. Probably best to check with Dr. if you are.
