Just a couple weeks ago I had plans to go to a friend's house where there was going to be a lot of people I didn't know and the washroom is right in front of the living room so if I have to use it...well...I'm sure you get the picture!! I made sure I made 2-3 visits to the washroom before I left home and I was totally fine. When I was about 2 minutes from my friend's house I got a serious urgency and had to stop at a gas station to use the washroom ...and nothing came out!! I continued on to my friend's place and as soon as I walked in the door and started to relax and talk to people...I forgot about being tense and stressed about having to use the washroom and all the stomach pain went away!! It truly is amazing how much power the mind has over the body!! I'm really looking forward to receiving the hypno tapes so I can hear what Michael has to say about all this.
