Equalactin v. Fibercon?       04/29/04 07:58 AM Edit Reply Quote Bevvy Reged: 11/04/03 Posts: 5918 Loc: Northwest Washington State Yes, Equalactin is the same as Fibercon or Citrucel capsules, except that Equalactin works better for some reason. I don't know why. I used to take both Fibercon and Citrucel (the capsules, not the powder), but they didn't do anything for me. When Heather introduced me to the Equalactin, it worked -- and has continued to work for me. Also, the Equalactin is more portable; you don't swallow them with water, you just chew them up (and they taste pretty good!), so when you're in a stressful situation it's easy to just chomp one down.
