Pita Snax makes baked pita chips…I found them at a "Whole Foods" type grocery store. The ingredients in the chips are as follows: Wheat flour Water Expeller pressed high oleic acid and safflower oil (not sure what all that means!) There is less than 2% of yeast or sea salt
