my family is killing me !!!!       04/26/04 07:05 PM Edit Reply Quote surfergurl Reged: 04/23/04 Posts: 33 just kidding, they think I am not eating right, so they are tempting me with the fast foods I like. today they brought me a big mac, and I could not resist eating it. about 1 hour before they came home, I ate some soluble fiber, then ate the burger and then ate a ton of rice after. I can't believe they believe fast food is "heathier" than rice and bananas and oatmeal etc etc. I am cutting down on the fast food. I actually turned down pizza, and white castle hamburgers for dinner the other day. I felt good about it. but yesterday they get me with the chinese food, and today mcdonalds. If they had gone to any other fast food place I could have easily turned down the burgers, but big macs really are a weak spot. how do you resist the temptations for fast food???
