Along with what Jen said, I was wondering if the benefiber just wasn't the supplement for you. I think it contains psyllium which can cause gas, bloating and diarrhea. Switching to equalactin sounds like a good idea, but make sure you start slowly at a low dose and gradually work your way back up. It helps to avoid tummy upsets.
