I think I only have external ones too. I better, I had a hemorrhoidectomy 6 months ago! Have you tried taking several warm baths/day? Witch hazel? Epsom salts? Did you see your doc? Are you getting exercise? These are all good for hemmies. Exercise is really good for regularity too. Even just walking. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
