One more equalactin question anyone??       04/23/04 12:00 PM Edit Reply Quote Megs Reged: 04/03/04 Posts: 43 I started a little over a week ago taking two equalactin twice a day with breakfast and dinner. Today my stomach is all kinds of angry with me and i've been in the bathroom with d and cramps. Can I take another one or would that be overkill? I did eat badly last night...well not badly but alot of food and some onions were involved. Right after I ate my waffles this morning I had to run! I have the Donnatal but am still upset I had to take it the other day again after deciding not to. I've been drinking peppermint tea and water. Is this something peppermint caps would help?
