I've never used the acacia but really like Equalactin. I take two with breakfast and two in the evening at dinner and it has been one of the most beneficial things I have found so far. Me and Citrucel didn't seem to see eye to eye. I know some people like Bevr take it in a as needed type of way instead of daily.
