I buy the Enriched kind b/c it has more vitamins and calcium in it. I also add a little vanilla flavored rice protein powder to it and that's good, too. I needed to get some calcium and I can't do dairy or soy. I even like it on cereal. I think the first time I tried it, I definitely hesitated b/c it is very different, but I kept trying it, and I acquired a taste for it. Maybe give it another shot.
