You're not supposed to gulp down fish sauce any more than you would drink worcestershire sauce or eat a bowl of cinnamon. It's a seasoning. Speaking of fish sauce, get (in the Asian foods section or market) a bottle of oyster sauce. Marinate a steak or chicken boob or pork chop in it (add garlic and wine if you want really yum) and slap it on the charcoal. It makes the most wonderful crispy glaze and NO ONE will guess how you did it. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
